IME, they need a larger tank. Why not consider the c. argi (cherub angel). Stays smaller and would work well in a 20.

Any of the centropyge angels need to be monitored in a reef setting. The cherub is no more a risk than the coral beauty. It's a gamble, so if you want total peace of mind, go with fish that are truly reef safe.

i have a cherub angel, with my reef. i love my cherub i think it would be a addition to your tank...
