Coral Beauty Question!

A a couple of weeks ago I had a nasty string of something clean out my tank. It killed 2 Maroon Clowns, and 3 chromis. A guy at my LFS said he thinks my 55 gallon was over stocked but idk. Anyway my orange spotted diamond gobie made it just fine and seems to be doing great! Then about 3 days ago I added a skunk cleaner shrimp, 3 snails and a peppermint shrimp and a coral beauty. The snails went to town cleaning the glass and the shrimp are doing their thing. The coral beauty... havent seen him much. I am getting nervous that he is sick or something. I havent seen him enough to know though. He comes out to eat but not for long. Basically he shoots out of the rocks and right back in. Is it worth it to take out the rocks just to check? I have a qt tank set up and hopefully ready to go... the temperature is a little cool and idk why. The heater should be adequate it is supposed to support 30 gallons and my qt is 10. But if need be I could get the temp up by adding warm water or something.
Basically should I be worried that the Coral Beauty is still hiding pretty steady in the rocks and I seldom ever see it?

On his head around his eyes it looks like he has some air bubbles... They don't ever seem to go away. I'm not sure if its ick or not but I do have a skunk cleaner shrimp and hopefully he will take care of it if it. If it is not ick then IDK what to to or where to turn... LFS is 90 miles away... Could this be anything but ick?

Pretty sure it's ick. It has spread over more of his body. I have the medic tank ready to go but I just added another skunk cleaner so I'm hoping maybe he will help take care of it. I have two skunks and two peppermint shrimp in there. Maybe between all of them they will clean him up? If he looks worse tomorrow evening I will have to get him out of there and start treating the ick. Do you think I should try a freshwater dip first?

All that will do is stress him more. Either use hypo or copper to treat him in a separate tank
