Coral Beauty with possible Ich

I bought this Coral Beauty named Lt. Dan on Saturday. As I was placing him in the tank, he thrashed about and injured his eye on the way into my display tank. His left eye swelled up (popeye) and I didn't take a good look if his scales around his injured eye were ruffled as well.
I am not sure if this is Ich or not. This is the best picture I could get. He is eating like a pig and hasn't slowed down any.

I was not able to get better picks; however, it appears the coral beauty is recovering quite well. The Coral Beauty had about four white dots around the eye that was damaged during transport. There were no white dots on any other fish, nor were there any white dots anywhere else on the coral beauty except for the area that took a beating.
Since then, it looks as though the eye has healed up better and there is only one white spot. I am aware that if this is ich, these cysts or white spots come off and begin the deadly life cycle of the parasite. I figure I will know in a few days if this is going to be a full blown ich parasitic outbreak.
