Coral, Beginner!

I have a 29 gallon tank and am curious what the best lights for said tank would be? And what corals are good for beginners? Thank you!

I would say something that have the settings of day and night most led lights have them, the best corals to start with are soft and leather corals, I would say a kenya tree or a mushroom
