coral cleanage

I have some previously owned coral that is discolored by algae. What is the best way to clean it? The previous owner recommended bleach water, but did not specify any ratios. I am anxious to set up my 1st saltwater aquarium and this dilemma has me at a standstill.I have some rocks from the beach also. Should I boil them? If so, for how long? Thank you.

If you want to get them to be white again (or what ever color), stick them outside in the sun for a day or two, it should naturally bleach them, then you don't have to worry about any dangerous chemicals getting into your tank.
