hey im thinking of starting a 10 gallon nano tank and was wondering what lighting I should get. What do yall have? I heard a lot of good things about the orbit lighting system. I plan on keeping LPS corals such as the Hammer coral, Bubble coral and Candy Cane coral, if I got the orbit would I be able to keep those corals?
Thanks
Matt

No need to bump my friend that 96 watt quad is the best you can do for a 10 gallon short of a 70 watt halide. Most any coral you want will do fine with it.

Does that include clams and Acropora's with the coralife?

i dont think clams can live under it, but it will support the corals you originally listed...

yes it will support some but not most. You must really do your research on that one. I used to have a 20 gallon high with a 130pc light on it. I had a montipora capricornus, monti digitata, and a seriatopora that grew very well. BUT they were lower end sps corals. You will not be able to keep the colorful ones. The ones i had were subtle orange and greenish brown. As for clams derasa would work but they get bigger than your tank.... I would stick to what you originally wanted in your first post.
