Coral Flow question

I think I got a branching Frogspawn and am wondering what kind of flow it likes. Where it is now it is moving A LOT. I'm not sure if the flow is too strong where it is. Any suggestions? It looks like a frogspwan with hammer head shaped tenticlesrather than balls at the end. If nobody knows what Im talking about I take a pic tomorrow. Thanks

I believe they like moderate flow. If they have too much they form sweeper tentacles that will sting neighboring corals.

Medium/moderate flow can be described as flow that continuously moves the coral around without changing the shape of the coral/tentacles/polyps.
If you have tentacles that are collapsing in on themselves periodically or polyps that are smashed against the sides of the coral I would say that this would be high flow.
