Coral Food

How does every one feel about giving coral microvert and phytoplex to coral.
If so shoud i spot dose them or just put it in tank?

Personally, I think both of those products are garbage and do nothing more than pollute your water quality. There is no telling how the product has been shipped, what temperatures it was exposed to and how long it's been sitting on a stores shelve. I'd much rather feed my corals PE Mysis, Reef Nutrtion Oyster Feast and Reef Nutrtion Roti Feast. They also make a good Phyto Feast. Of course, they're more expensive than their unrefrigerated competitors, but sometimes, you get what you pay for.

try some rods food coral blend. amazing stuff with very little phosphates

+1 I forgot about them. I actually use this a lot. That stuff is like crack for corals.

Where could i pick it up ? WOuld a lfs have it or maybe *****? online?

You can search their websites and they will tell you what stores carry it locally. There are online retailers as well.
