Depends on your lighting.
Green star polyps are cool and easy to take care of. Zoanthids are also pretty easy and come in tons of different color combinations.
Mushrooms and xenia are also pretty easy, but spread like crazy and take over.

Kenya trees are also great starter corals, along with the ones posted above. There are others but it depends on the lighting and flowrate in your tank.
