coral for my birthday

Ok for my birthday my girlfriend is going to buy me a coral. I have an leather, a few mushrooms, brain coral, open brain, meat coral, green star polyps, hammer coral and grape coral. What coral would you get in my case. I have two sets of power compacts on a 55 gallon tank. All levels are great and I havent had a problem in over 2 years. thanks and also do you know of any sites that have really good deals on corals and rare corals. I am staying away from stony corals.

frogspawns are really cool, so are Colts and elegants. With the amount of lighting that you have i would go with a colt, they are easy to frag and grow quite quickly and look great.

I i were you i would get a flower pot coral. very butiful to look at and with your tank not having any probs, that is a perfect coral to get. Dies very easy and i think it might be a hard coral but i have one thats huge! just get abundent light and slight water circulation and it should be perfect!

I'm still deciding on the next and last coral to get for my tank. It's between a blastomussa wellsi, blastomussa merleti or elegance coral. Out of all the corals I've looked for on various sites, these are the most beautiful in my opinion. The only thing is that the blastomussa species are pretty hard to find and a little expensive. Happy birthday and tell us what you get.

I'd stay away from the flowerpot & elegance...the blasamusa would be a great choice or pulsing zenias look really neat & reproduce readily once established...
HEY MRBUBBLES, do you have pics of your tanks avaiable..would like to see your huge flower pot...we got one from LFS that is almost as large as basketball when fully extened even w/ the clown living in it...got it for $30
