Coral Frag/Growth questions

I am relatively new to coral keeping, but so far everything looks good. Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate are all at zero, ph is 8.2 salinity is 1.024. Anyways, I just have a couple questions maybe someone could answer for me :)
1. I was just wondering if someone could recommend what supplements I should think about adding to my tank. Is there an "All in one" product that I should look for? I am mainly looking for supplements for easier to keep soft/hard corals (currently zoas, frogspawn, kenya tree).
2. My main goal is to get my corals to spread so that I could frag them off and trade them in for different types/colors. I am assuming the Zoas, and Ricordia just spread on their own, but what about the Kenya tree, frogspawn, and toadstool?
3. Feeding - I try and spot feed the best that i can with Mysis shrimp, but I am not sure if i should be using phytoplankton or something similar.
Thanks in advance for any advice

no need to supplement is u chng water weekly. no need to feed ur corals either. if u must, phytoplankton once a week is good. get a decent light fixture and ur corals should grow with no issue.

It's amazing to me that people overlook the extreme adaptation corals have put into their polyps - which are really "mouths". I have come to the conclusion that by feeding frozen plankton, cyclops eze, & dried zoo & phyto - plankton (rotate frozen & dried) daily. After lights out when there is full polyp extension. That my corals all color up better and grow faster. Keeping Calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium up also seem to help. Since I went to metal halide lighting I found I get frags branching more - not staying spindly.
Feeding is important so research it more before you starve your charges.

Well i only add 2 part since i dont have a reactor anymore. But as far as adding anything if u are doing water changes you shouldnt have to all a bunch of junk to the tank.
As far as feeding thats a must. I feed my tank daily i spot feed all my LPS with big chunks of fresh meat squid, crab, clams, or what ever else i pick out that day.
I use reef nutrition products also daily. All my corals are thriving and doing great. frogspawn is the size of a basketball and everything else sps wise grows good.
