Coral Frenzy/Cyclop-eeze for target feeding. Which one

I want to start target feeding my zoanthids and other coral and dont really know what to get.
I was thinking of that stuff called coral frenzy but it has no Cyclop-eeze in it. Then I found a flake form of Cyclop-eeze so I am stuck on what to get. Or is there something else out there?

Great question!
I'm a coral newb so I'd like to know too. What I use is a combo of Phyto feast and Oyster Feast. About once a week I'll give the Duncan's some Arctic Pods 'cuz they're a little bigger. The Duncan's are my only corals that I target feed though. It's cool to watch them close up over the food and then puff up all fat and happy after

Both are fine and provide a balance. But really no need to target feed photosynthetic coral. When I use Cyclopeeze or Coral Frenzy or Phyto Feast I shut down the filter pumps and just leave the powerheads running. This lets the food circulate in the tank and the coral pick it out of the water column.

Really no reason to feed zoos... it really can't hurt but I question the ability of zoos to actually catch and eat it. I feed my candy cane and favia as you can see they engulf it immediately and with the leftovers my sps may catch some in the process -- but mostly becomes a meal for the rest of the tank.
I use cyclopeeze -- but it's hard to find locally (I think closest store is 4 hours away -- was on a little vacation) and it's really spendy. My LPS take mysis shrimp just as well including my suncoral. Can't hurt but I really question certain types of corals getting much benefit from it -- maybe minimally maybe more. I just know the ones with tentacles that actually catch it, close up and eat it... my peppermint shrimp try prying it out (the little sob's).
