Coral ID please

I got this for 16.00 today. It was solid brown when i got it and it now has some neon green on it. Quite pretty. But i have no clue what it is.
Not the best pics but hopefully a posotive ID can be made from them.

Also i found this on a piece of LR that fell off my big peice. Just dont know what the heck it is.
