Coral ID please

I got this coral at our monthly meet as a freebie with a purchase of other corals and I have no idea what it is. I'm sure I was told, but I was just excited to get home and put my corals in the tank + we had a tornado warning with a sighting not too far away.

The base of the coral is vibrant purple and it's hard. I didn't expect anything coming out of it and 10 minutes after in the tank these beautiful green flowers started showing up and this morning it was blooming.

GSP - green star polyp

its green star polyps (GSP). it grows pretty fast and some dont like it because of its tendancy to spread all over what ever it is near. i just place live rock rubble around mine so when it spreads i just take the peices of rock to the LFS for credit. you can also peel the purple mat off in peices and rubber band it to rock to make frags
