Coral ID Please

Can anyone tell me what this is? It came on some LR I bought from a LFS.

Hidden cup coral. Phyllangia Americana

Its a pretty common coral huh? nothing special right? does it need to be feed anything specific or just plankton?

Will filter food out of the water when you feed the fish, will also take some spot feeding if you are inclined to do so. They do like more shaded area. Did you purchase some Tampa bay rock?

Its possibly from there, it was just listed as Florida Live Rock at the LFS. That particular piece is actually growing on the back side of some sort of clam or mollusk... Heres a picture of all of it. I have it posted in the hitchhikers and ID forum to find out what the sponge is and the clam, you can see it in the very center on the pic on the main rock.

Looks like an aiptasia on the top right of the large rock.

Yea i'm killing that thing probably tomorrow. Do you know what type of sponge and clam that is on there?

Don't know about sponges. The clam is probably just a common turkey wing clam. Filter feeder nothing real special.
