I'm horrible with SPS identifications, but I can id the first pic:
Xenia, probably Pulsing Xenia from the looks of it. It usually is not that deep of purple, more pinkish-brown in colorations, although I have seen blue and white. You may want to ask the seller what lights that pic was taken under as they may cause it too look more purple than it actually is.
