I have a hammer coral and Im trying to figure out the best place for it in my tank. Tank is a 90 gallon. At the moment the coral is high in the tank with pretty good flow. I was wondering if it would do better lower in the tank or even down in the sand bed. Any suggestions.
Depends on lighting. As a general rule: moderate flow, moderate lighting, but I've had them just about everywhere in my tank. If it seems fine, leave it be.
