Ok, I have a mixture of corals (Softies, SPS, LPS) in my tank. I have been very careful to keep them spaced apart, but I have a couple of problems. I have this Branching Hammer that up until yesterday has been beautiful. Open and Full and looking really happy.
Here is a picture from January 2nd

Yesterday it started looking like this

Here is a picture of the placement of this coral in the tank.

On Saturday 12/29 I added a BTA which has found a spot it likes. Is it possible that the BTA has thrown off the balance and brought about chemical warfare that is affecting my Branching Hammer?

They are far enough away not to effect each other. Is the hammer getting plenty of flow? They like alot of it. What are your water stats?

Does the flow cause constant movement and is it from one direction or from different directions?

I have rotational flow from a Hydor Flo Attachment. There is one on each end of the 55g and a sump return along the bck wall. I did slightly increase the flow from the sump, but I cannot figure how that would affect it.
BTW, today is the same.
After dinner I am going to do some water tests. I will post results.
