Coral Problem!!

I may have killed multiple corals!

I have a Sailfin Tang in my 55g (Less then an inch wide, don't freak) that has ich for awhile now and I have been battling it because it only flares up once in a while. I decided to try Rid Ich. It said to put 1tsp for every 10g so I added 4 and 1/2tsp. Automatically my Pom Pom Xenia started to close inside itself along with my GSP. The next day, I look to check and I see my SPS frag is almost completely white, my Pom Pom looks like I poured bleach on it, but my GSP look better than ever. My SPS is at the top of the tank, Pom Pom in the middle-top, and the GSP closer to the bottom. Oh and my Hammer coral which is at the bottom of the sand band looks awful. The first night it shriveled up like I agitated it and now it's starting to open up but looks frail.
I read the bottle before hand and it said it was reef safe except it may cause harm to some inverts but my Cleaner Shrimp is perfectly fine.
What have I done????

And yes, I have started a QT.

Sounds like you probably killed some corals

You're pretty sure they're dead? I obviously killed the SPS but I'm going to have to replace the Pom Pom and Hammer?

try to do water change to dilute the medication, and to run carbon.

I did both.

Run the carbon, make sure it is the activated type. Never give up on a coral until it is a skeleton. I had Xenia die to the point of a snot spot. 2 months later, it began anew and now half of the bottom of the tank is Xenia.
