Yes, or they have underwater epoxy that you can use as well. The only thing is that it looks a little unattractive if you have excess epoxy on the rock...but if it's a coral that will spread it won't be an issue for long.

Two Little Fishes makes a coral super glue. Easy to use, not a huge mess, etc, etc.
Marine epoxy is a PITA. You'll hurt your coral trying to get it to stick 9 out of 10 times.

For the most part just pat the area on the coral that you want the glue to go on dry. Apply a liberal amount of the glue. Then into the tank to the spot where you want it. The glue will form a thin skin over it when it hits the water. When you get the coral in place turn it a couple of times to break that skin then hold it in place for a minute. Done deal.
