Coral Recommendations?

Have a 75g going (cycled since April) with a 30Br sump, 48X3W LEDs, sump contains just a sock, skimmer, heater & return pump at the moment - planning to add macro algae to the fuge section; Circulation is just the Eheim 1260 return pump plus a Hydor oralia 750, but I am willing to add more circulation if needed. I've had a mushroom coral and a colony of zoas in there to 'test the water' for the past 5-6 wks without issues... Thinking now it's time to add some more corals. Am a long time aquarist but new to saltwater and corals. The other livestock in the tank consists of a royal gramma, juvenile one-spot rabbitfish, pair of ocellaris and a carpenter's wrasse. I am open to suggestions for hard or soft corals that would be colorful and interesting yet no t too difficult to keep. Am willing to work to accommodate the corals' requirements, within reason.

Any takers? :)

Hi,

You can get any coral you want on-line. The trick is to know where you want to put a certain type of coral, some needs high water flow and some don't...others need strong lighting, then others need to be set in the sand on the bottom.

Get this book, it not only shows you how pretty and colorful the coral is, but what it needs to survive, and even where it should be placed in the tank....
