i got this stuff free when i ordered a bunch of stuff online. its made by Marc Weiss companies inc. i thought i would try some and when i did a lot of my coral polyps closed up. ingredients listed are beta carotene,vegetable protien,gamma-linolenic acid,iron,b-12,and bcomplex,polysaccharides,sulfolipids,glycolypids,dextrose,di-alpha-tocopherolacetate,l-arginine,vitamin a d3,e,thiamine,nianocidamide,b6,folic acid,menadione, biotin, inositol,ascorbic acid,yeasts. what do you think?

Add as little as possible, trust me, I added a bunch of crap to my tank and I had to start over. Its better to get a good salt, lights, skimmer, and fuge and keep up on water changes.

I tried some of his stuff and my phosphates went up rather quickly. At first I thought it was great because my pod population went way up, but then came Cyano.

Yosemite Sam, I think you need to go to a seminar on how to be more assertive and to let your feelings be known! Ha ha ha- just fooling with ya. I actually like someone who says straight-out what they think.
