Coralife 125 skimmer problems or not???

My coralife skimmer has been running for 24hrs now and there is alot and I mean alot of micro bubbles will this go away and is it effecting my fish? Greatful for any help!

I ran my for about 72 hours before adjusting it. I had to make sure the powerhead was no more than the 3 1/2 below water level. I had little problem with bubbles but it eventually stopped with adjustments.
