coralife 125 superskimmer parts

where can i get a new ceramic shaft for the old 125 skimmer? called central aquatics and they said
they couldnt help me. the skimmer is only 2 years old but is the previous model of the present model.

Does the pump have a manufacturers name and model number on it?
