Coralife 48" AquaLight Pro Metal Halide

I am thinking the 2x 150 watt version. Is this any good for either a 90 gal or 75 gal or is the 2x 250 watt much better. I dont need sps just basic corals. I want to pick this up today for a boxing day sale.

they r decent fixture. most people will tell u to get the 2x250w just in case u want sps and clams in the future.

I agree with nycbob, get the 2X250...
I have this fixture on my tank and can say it is a nice unit. Pay the extra $$$ for the more power.

yea go with the 250. somewhere down the road you might want the extra juice so might as well pay alittle more now than alot more later.

If you ever might want to upgrade in the future I'd upgrade now otherwise you'd be buying twice. You really can keep anything under the 2x250 fixture although the 2x150 fixture will pretty much house most anything as well depending on placement.
