I admit that i was a bit lazy and let coraline algae flourish on the front of my acrylic. beautiful pink BUT not on it! any ideas of how to get it off besides scrapping it? the LR looks great though :)

I have an Acrylic Tank and the safest way that I have found, is that good old American Express Gold. Use a credit card, it will not scratch the acrylic, but it's strong and sturdy enough to take out even small scratches.
Funny how the good old American Express Gold will work for a lot of things in this hobby.
Jokes aside, the credit card will work better than any scraper that I have found.
Good luck...!

Platinum Visa Card :D the only problem for me is it's harder to clean corners. so i use lfs tank scraper to clean corners, other than that yes, credit card is the best and safest for far.

Never heard of using a credit card but seems like a good idea. I've always use the little plastic algae scrapers from the LFS.
