Coralline Algae

I was wondering if Coralline Algae will grow using standard floresent lights? I have a 72 gallon bow front with 80 watts of light.

I have 90 watts on my 45 gallon and have lots of coraline algea on my lr.

Yes, it will grow, but slowly. Actualy some coraline like lower light. just make sure you have good water quality and calcium levels.

Good question cre I have a 125 gallon tank with just to 36inch fixtures with one 50/50 bulb in each of them. I know I need more b/c they are just 30w each. What do you guys suggest for me? It's fowlr. I want my l/r to thrive.
