Coralline Algae...

I put a piece of lr in a lower light tank and the corraline has bleached out some. If you have some and want it to spread put a piece in front of a ph to blow spores around. You can also just scrape some off with a new tooth brush to spread spores.

corraline grows the best with a calc reading of around 450, good waterflow, and good lights. If you have a spot of it now, aim a ph on it and take a toothbrush and scrub it a little, the ph will send the spores into the tank and it should spread throughout the tank.

yes calcium around 420 - 450 forgot to put that in. Helps it spread faster. If you don't have a good piece of rock with coralline you can get a few pieces of reef rubble from you lfs that that have it and place them around your tank. That helps too.
