coralline algea or not

A week ago i noticed some sort of bright green algea growing on my sand bed is this coralline or some other type of algea.:happyfish

if its only growing on your sand.. i dont think its coraline

Going to need a little better description, or a pic would be even better. Is it slimy? A hard thin crust? Or does it look more like hair?

probably not coraline. blow on it or fan it and it's probably dusty. It looks cool that neon green but my guess is it's not coraline.

Yes it is dust and when i fan it it goes away and yes it is also growing on my rocks. Its not slimy though
