I have a yellow leather and also a water coral, they close up at night like the others, and open beautiful when lights come on in the am. About 3 pm they close again, is this unusual do they open and close even with lights on?
Yes, it is normal. Check to see if they are shedding, if so you will need to get a turkey baster and suck up the peeling skin as you don't want it to get on your other corals.
