Hi
What are the basic things that soft corals like mushrooms and polyps need to survive. I have a nano cube dx if that helps at all.

basically lights, and an occasional feeding of planktonic food

lots of light. i belive 3-5 watts per gallon. and make sure you do your water changes. i have zoos, mushrooms, and leathers and they are all doing fantastic with this strategy. good luck with the new corals. oh i have frogspon and hammerheads too.

hey would a pygmy anglefish work in this 12 gallon tank?

I have one in my 15, but they are known to nip at corals, so its ify.
