cortez stingray?

is this the name of the small yellowish stingray?
if so i was wanting info on them please.
i talked to some ppl about them and tanksize and one person said "55 gallons is big enough" and i thought that cannot be right. but idk maybe it is.
ihave a 150 gallon 8 foot long tank and i was wondering if i could get oneor two of these stingrays in the tank with a deep sand bed.

It depends on what size this mysterious 8-foot, 150gal, really is....

I'd be willing to bet that you have a 6' x 1.5' tank. That being said, it is a bit on the small side for a medium - large cortez. IMO, the ray would probably survive but it's really not the proper size for any ray.

We definitely need dimensions before we can give you an answer. If it really is 8ft you should be good.
