cotton fungus on angels lip

What is the best med for cotton fungus on the queen angels lip in the main tank

it started as a small white spot now it's a big white cotton thing he is a new fish he was in qt for 3 weeks then i put him in the big tank and it started he dosn't scratch and eats a whole day allways wanting more . does this go away by itself .because i cant take him out

It looks like cauliflower now with a reddish tinge growing bigger every day but he doesn’t look bothered by it. it’s more then 10 days. But if it were a bacterial infection would the fish act different.
