Could i make this work?

I have a 29 gallon tank, i want to add this to my tank because i would like to increase some wattage and add a little mh to my reef, is it possible to simply add this to my power compact by setting it up on the side, does anybody have any suggestions?

nope, it needs its own type of fixture... I'm not sure if that's what you were asking though..
You should get a double ended MH, they're brighter than single ended..
