could i set this up to be a nano tank??

After 7 years my African Cichlid passed away today

His tank is a 26g bow front. Can i set this up to be a salt water tank? It dose not have an over flow just a little filter and air rock. What would i need to do (if i can) to set this to be a salt water tank? What type of filter..lights...ect would be needed?

this will take some money and time, but u should take everything out of the tank and wash it down, if ur going to use anything. i dont suggest using a air stone becuase they dont look good in reefs, u will probly need to order some lights online and maybe get a skimmer, matters what kind of fish u want. im sure its possible to turn it into sw tank
