Could it be ich??

When I turned on my light to my tank, I noticed several white spots on my clownfish's body, and since I don't have a QT yet, and didn't have time to do hyposalinity, I heard some people had success with MelaFix from WalMart. Anyway, I went to go buy some, and when I came back, the spots were gone!
Does anyone know what this could be??:notsure:
The spots were not there last night when I turned the light off. I did add a little MelaFix just in case it was ich.

Are you sure they weren't air bubbles?

I'm almost positive they weren't....they were white, but I could be wrong...:thinking:
