Training camp for what? You mean that overpaid bunch of egos that throw a pigskin around for 6 months of the year? Yea, the Cowgirls invaded the Alamodome this weekend. Can't believe people actually paid money to go watch these guys do drills. Already controversy. The Cowgirls new receiver Bryant refused to carry Williams pads off the field yesterday. These football players like playing these childish hazing pranks on the rookies, but it appears this kid isn't 'playing the games'. Good for him.

Oh I enjoy football, just not what it's turned into today. The purity is lost at the professional level. I actually enjoy watching high school ball more than anything else. Those kids do it because they love the game, not becuase they expect a paycheck at the end of the day.

Some of the best games I ever saw was watching high school football. Got to watch Bret Johnson go up against Todd Moronivich who were at UCLA and USC respectively the next season. Saw a game where Johnson threw a crazy long pass on a last second desperation play. The defender for my home town team just couldn't let it drop 10 yards behind the receiver. He has to try to intercept the ball and ends up tipping it into the hands of the receiver standing on the goal line. Crazy finish.
