That is ok for fish, a tad to low for inverts, like crabs and snails. The average salinty of the big blue is 1.025.

Also a tip when acclimating a new fish take samples of salinity and PH of the fishes bag water. Then while the 15min time floating bag for temp. adjustment bring the QT to match the bag water. This will give your new guy a fighting chance for survival. Good luck
