Couple Questions

Just simply havinf mushroom corals for now, 8hr metal hylide/10 hr actincs okay?
Also, I have 38 gallon tank, very small filter, and a lot of live rock, is a small filter sufficient, or do i need to infest in a new filter and a protein skimmer?
What is the most commom/best fish food yall use?

what kind of filter is it? filter is not that important as long as u hv enough flow. bio and chemical filtration is done by ur lr. the filter is good only for mechanical filtration. a protein skimmer will improve water quality for both fish and corals.

The food depends on what kind of fish you have. It's best to feed a variety. In the disease and treatment forum there is a thread by Beth that tells how to make your own fish food. It's pretty easy and a good way to ensure your fish are getting a variety of food.
