Cow Fish Help Help

i JUST GOT A COW FISH AND THE FIRST DAY HE WAS SWIMING AROUND AND WHEN I WOKE UP TODAY HE IS ON THE FLOOR OF THE SANDBED JUST SITTING THERE IS THIS NORMAL. I TESTED MY WATER IT WAS OK MAYBE ITS NORMAL FOR THEM TO DO THIS???

It doesn't seem the cowfish was acclimated. A 10 minute float and then a release into the tank.

Can't say its normal unless you post the water parameters, tank mates, etc....

he could have just been resting while the lights were off. I find my boxfish every morning like that (i've had him for almost a year now). i does sound like a acclimation issue though since you just put him in. I think he'll pull through if the water quality is good. Cool fish
