cowfish help

Ive had my cowfish for 18 days now...and i today i just noticed 2 white dots on him..one on his back fin and one on his tail fin.....im currently feeding it garlic soaked food. Should i start worrying about the cowfish? he seems really healthy despite the 2 white dots. Ive also read that they naturally habor ich and fight it off them selves. I also have clowns with no sign of ich. Thanks

my koran had the white spots and acted fine as did my cow. all i did was feed the garlic soaked food and in about a week they went away. do the spots look like salt grains?

the spots seems real faded..but good news..one of the spots went away today...should i continue to soak the food in garlic til it all disappear>? thanks
