cowfish in hospital

yesterday when i got back from school i saw my cowfish sucked to my power head or maybe just resting there but there was strong sucktion there and i took him away from there and he wasn't moving the fin that was on the power head and today and his skin on his lower horn is all white so i put him in the hospital tank and put some stress coat i with him it is soposed to help repair damageed fin or skin is there any thing else i can do he is just kinda resting on a rock

This happend to my porcupine fish about a month ago, except it was half of his face, I did all I could, but after about an hour he finnaly gave up and died, it was horrible, I went out and bout one of those big cages that attach to the bottom of powerheads after this, their for filtration, but I just run it blank so the fish can't hurt themselves
