Cowfish

I have a 30 gallon reef tank. There are currently no fish in it and I have been thinking about getting a cowfish. The tank's water conditions are fine I was just wondering if a 30 gallon tank would be too small? If anyone has tried these fish I would like to hear your experiences.

I know that it would get way to big for a 30 gal and I have also heard that they release a toxin when they are stressed, which would probably not be good for your corals, I would go for smaller fish- less bio load
