I got a cpr bak pak yesterday and so far have removed 1 whole collection cup of junk crap water and bits of crap from my tank.
Now though it dosent seem to be working at all. In 6 hours there is hardly anything in the collection cup.
I have read that there should be small bubbles going into the collection cup. Well there are a million small bubbles in the chamber but once they get into the collection cup tube they get bigger. Is this correct?? Also I know that the cleaner the water the less stuff you will get in cup but I doubt it is clean after only 24 hours. There is lots and lots of bubbles in my tube but only ocasionly will anything spill into the collection cup.
What should I do or am i doing it right already??

The bubbles coalesce as they form foam. They form foam because of the protein they skim. You should not expect a very quick fill of your collection chamber. What is important is the quality of the foam being collected. The darker, more concentrated(dark green-brownish)the foam, the better. It takes approximately 3-4 days for my bak pak to even collect around 30 ml of very dark green gunk.
