hey everyone i just got my cpr bakpak II it was 50 bucks so i couldnt let that offer go but my ? is the venturi air tube is really loud. It had the silencer to connect but that just made it should bubbles into my tank so is there any other way to shut it up without hurting performance or sending millions of bubbles to their death in my DT

I had the same problem when I set up my bakpak2. It took about a week fot the noise to quiet down. It did start producing foam after about 2 days.

yeah mine i bought used though so will there still be the same break in time?

I replaced the muffler with a 3" wodden air diffuser and that made my unit run more quiet. I did buy the bubble trap to take care of the micro bubbles, but by the time that it arrived, the micro bubbles were gone. My BakPak goes crazy after adding certain additives to my tank and shoots out these micro bubbles again, but after a week or so they are once again gone.
