Just picked up a near new bakpak 2 for 30 bucks.... Yeah I know good deal huh? lol... Well I just put it on my 5gal AGA as it needed a skimmer pretty badly. I was initially looking for a nano skimmer but I couldn't pass that deal up. Is there anything I should know about having a powerful skimmer like that on a 5 gal? One of the first things I noticed was the fact I had to top off more than a gallon and a half into the tank because the skimmer sucks it right in. Now its basically a 6.5 gallon system which I think is pretty cool. Any suggestions or comments are welcome.
