Ok, make sure the return line to the sump has no down then up then down, ie. a trap in the line to your sump, it will trap water, then dump, pulling air and causing flushing noise. If you don't have that, watch the water in the return, just at the outlet of the overflow, if it fills then dumps, you don't have enough air available to let it continiously flow, so it fills, until the water gets heavy enough to suck what air is available, causing the flushing. Sorry but the cpr overflow is diffrent than most and may have a diffrent set up than standard..I would email cpr and see if you can get any advise that way...
