I have a 72 gallon tank. Inside I have the following
1 Volitan Lion (Rather large)
Porcupine Puffer
Yellow tank
Purple tang
Maroon Clown
Black Velvet Damsel
3 Yellow tailed damsels
Bi Color Angel
Australian Tusk Fish
Everyone gets along just fine in the tank. I also have a large crab (unknown name) but it is rather large (shell is about 3 inches point to point). Recently I noticed all of his legs are gone (The ones used for walking) Both of his pincher claws are in tact and he is using them to get hobble around.
My question is....is there any chance these will grow back? Also, any idea what happened to them. If anything I would have to guess the only fish with the size to do something like this would be the Lion or the Puffer but I have never seen either one of these act aggresively towards anyone else in the tank (Including a spider decorator crab I have).
Any input would be appreciated.
