Crab- Orange with black tipped claws

Found this guy late last night... I tried to take a picture of him- this is the best I was able to get. Any ideas who he is?

By the description alone... I would get it out. IMO all hitchiker crabs are guilty until proven innocent. Black tipped claws generally are not a good sign. Maybe a gorilla crab, what color eyes?

Black tipped claws usually mean not safe in the tank. Put it in your fuge of sump.

Hmmm... It almost looks like a small emerald crab that has just molted and it's shell is not hard yet. I actaully noticed him about 4 months ago, and then no sign whatsoever. Until last night, I was convinced of this- but now I see him again (in the same rock). have you ever seen an emerald crab after molting? That would convince me.
