4s is pretty neat. It will talk to you and you can talk to it and ask her questions etc. It's a little AI built in the phone. I'm sticking with my 4 until they improve (yet again) a couple times on their newest phone.

Apparently, I don't have insurance and it is not covered by a warranty since it was supposedly dropped. I was paying for insurance, but the dumb Verizon rep put the insurance on the wrong phone. I don't even know what happened to my phone. I went to answer a phone call and pulled it out of my pocket and noticed it was shattered.

I think it's neat, but the features don't really cater to me. I was hoping to be able to hold out for my upgrade until the summer when the 5 comes out.
