Cracked iPhone

4s is pretty neat. It will talk to you and you can talk to it and ask her questions etc. It's a little AI built in the phone. I'm sticking with my 4 until they improve (yet again) a couple times on their newest phone.

The 4S annoyed the cr@p out of me and I went back to the 4. I've heard that fixing the screen on the 4 yourself is a PITA. My husband broke his screen, we had a warranty and it was fixed/replaced in 3 days.

Apparently, I don't have insurance and it is not covered by a warranty since it was supposedly dropped. I was paying for insurance, but the dumb Verizon rep put the insurance on the wrong phone. The rep I dealt with on the phone was very condescending towards and even muttered that I was being a B***** when he was hanging up. I am totally fed up with them. I don't even know what happened to my phone. I went to answer a phone call and pulled it out of my pocket and noticed it was shattered.

I think it's neat, but the features don't really cater to me. I was hoping to be able to hold out for my upgrade until the summer when the 5 comes out.
